What else is included in the insurance?

What do I have to keep in mind when locking my bike?
In order to protect your bicycle sufficiently against theft, you are obligated to lock your bicycle with a security lock on a firmly anchored object (e.g. a bicycle stand or a lamppost). You should ensure that it cannot be easily removed, carried away or lifted out. If you regularly park your bike in a room used by other people, make sure you always lock your bike with a security lock and that the room is locked. If you happen to have a cellar or backyard to park your bike at home, you are obligated to use it.

In the event of theft or damage, you should be able to present all the documents that provide information about the manufacturer, frame number and brand of the bicycle. You must also report every theft or damage to the police.
Can I insure several bicycles?

How do I determine my insurance sum?
Your insurance sum must correspond to the value of all bicycles you want to insure plus the value of the security locks. Use your purchase receipt as a guide.
